September is Negroni Month, and at Esteban we're celebrating the cocktail that has stood the test of time - and then some. Known for its perfect balance of bitter, sweet, and spirit, the Negroni is one of the most iconic drinks in the world, and this month we're giving it the spotlight it deserves.

We've put together four expressions - from the classic you know and love, to three twists that take it somewhere new. Whether you're a Negroni purist or curious to try something different, there's a pour here for you.

Classic Negroni - $25
Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari, Cinzano.
The original. Perfectly balanced, bracingly bitter, and built to be sipped slowly. If you've never had a Negroni, start here. If you have, you already know why this one's on the list.

Watermelon Sugar High - $28
Watermelon infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, fat-washed Campari, Massenez Watermelon, Braulio Amaro.
A fresh, fruit-forward twist on the classic that keeps the bitter backbone intact. The fat-washed Campari adds a smooth, velvety depth while the watermelon brings a brightness that makes this one dangerously easy to drink.

Hazelnut Kiss - $28
Strawberry infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, Hazelnut Campari, Cinzano, Frangelico.
Rich, indulgent, and a little seductive. Strawberry and hazelnut soften the Campari's bitterness into something altogether more luxurious — without losing the structure that makes a Negroni a Negroni.

Campari Spritz - $25
Campari, Prosecco, Soda.
Lighter, effervescent, and built for the season. The Campari Spritz is the perfect entry point for anyone who wants all the flavour with a little more lift.

All four are available throughout September at Esteban, alongside our full food and drinks menu. Walk-ins are always welcome at the bar, or reserve a table to make a night of it.

LIVE MARIACHI — THURSDAYS IN SEPTEMBER

To make Negroni Month even more memorable, we're welcoming a live mariachi duo to Esteban for three Thursday nights in September - 10th, 17th and 24th September.

They'll be playing throughout the restaurant from 6:30pm, adding a little extra soul to your Thursday night. Come for the Negroni, stay for the music.
